Amarr Level 4 Mission Ship...Any advice?

Ahhh...yea I just tossed that on there because I wasn't sure if using 2x of a specific module like that would be worth the penalty... EANM also gets a penalty, the higher the resist the less you get out of a module, even if you got the high resist from a different module (If that makes sense) DUST514 isn't on PC because CCP wants 2 different communities influencing each other, not people tabbing out to give themselves Orbital Strikes.
